A key element of a cohort based relational learning experience is the opportunity to continue learning and sharing wisdom through an online discussion space. But how do you facilitate such a space and invite meaningful engagement?
We’ve experimented with many different approaches to group engagement through the various programs that we’ve created and supported and we’ve found there’s both an art and a science to crafting a well-curated and participatory experience.
In this session we’ll share specific approaches that you can apply to your group process. You’ll learn how to cultivate a discussion space that weaves an intelligent thread through the course experience effectively linking live session topics with a forum that allows for further discovery, processing, and integration through meaningful reflection and sharing. We’ll cover factors to consider when facilitating the online discussion space and offer specific techniques for you to master asynchronous facilitation.
